Malawi Teaching Performance Appraisal System (T-PAS)

The T-PAS was developed to help the MoEST and District Councils appraise and improve performance of individuals delivering primary education in Malawi.

In addition, The T-PAS will specifically provide real time objective data to the National Local Government Service Commission (NLGSC) for management decisions on teaching service career growth and academic upgrading with deserved merit.
